Google Body Browser

Google's Body Browser has been billed as Google Earth for the Human Body. It is a great site that allows you to view human body parts and systems in 3-D, zoom in on specific parts, and a double click displays the label for the part clicked. The site does have a search feature so you can "search for muscles, organs, bones and more. You can also share the exact scene you are viewing by copying and pasting the URL".

You must use Google Chrome to view the site.
