Although we use SnagIt for capturing screenshots it is not Free. One tool besides the built in Windows Snipping tool discussed previously by Roberta is Awesome Screenshot. What I like about Google Chrome Apps is they follow you. You can have the same apps on multiple computers when you simply sign into the Chrome browser.
