Canvas Tip: First Impressions!

In order for your students to experience an instant connection with you and your online course, please consider the following tips for your Canvas home page:

1. Do include your name on the Home page.  This will help students connect quicker and know who to contact if they need to message you.
2. Do include a brief, yet friendly welcome message.
3. Consider using a banner that is specific to your course.  Contact Roberta Sheahan (rsheahan@butlercc.edu)  if you would like to have one created.
