Richard Byrne, host of Free Technology for Teachers, recently wrote about Pixabay, a public domain image resource. I encourage you to check it out. This vast resource is where I located the image at the left. One great thing about Pixabay is that you can choose what size to downloaded image to be. This feature will allow you to download and use the smallest file size possible. The spring graphic on the left was a mere 26.8 kb. As we move to Canvas, file size is very important.
