The University of Pennsylvania offers a series of 60 second lectures. The lectures are presented by the School of Arts and Sciences professors, and are given every fall and spring. They are very interesting and cover a wide array of topics.
Perhaps there is one you could use in your class!

This is a cool idea, and it would be an interesting idea to produce and share, but really uneven in its usefulness as presented here. It is almost like this Penn State lecturers are showing you what NOT to do. And the links are all Real Media files unless you find them on YouTube or Facebook. So I think it would be worth checking out to find one that works for you, or what not to do. :-)
